Champion Cleaning Systems provides professional disaster restoration services throughout the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area, including:

• Fire damage restoration: smoke and soot cleanup, odor removal, and structural demolition and reconstruction
• Mold remediation: mold inspection, testing, containment, removal, and prevention
• Commercial restoration: large-scale restoration services for businesses, commercial properties, and multi-unit buildings
• 24/7 emergency response: immediate dispatch for urgent water, fire, and mold situations

All services are performed by IICRC-certified technicians in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

Service Requests

Submitting a service request through our website or by phone does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. Service requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Free inspections are offered at no obligation. You are under no commitment to proceed with restoration services after an inspection.
• Detailed cost estimates are provided after an on-site assessment of the damage. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and may be revised if additional damage is discovered during the restoration process.
• A formal service agreement must be signed before restoration work begins, outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing.
• Emergency services may begin before a formal agreement is executed when immediate action is required to prevent further damage. In such cases, a service agreement will be provided as soon as practicable.

Acceptable Use

By accessing or using our website, you agree NOT to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, federal, or international law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form, request form, or communication channel
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

• We are a restoration services provider, not an insurance company or public adjuster. We do not make coverage determinations or guarantee insurance claim outcomes.
• We provide detailed documentation, including moisture readings, photographs, and itemized invoices, to support your insurance claim.
• Payment for services rendered is the responsibility of the property owner, regardless of insurance coverage or claim status.
• We recommend filing your insurance claim promptly after discovering damage. Delays in filing may affect your coverage.

Service Availability and Response Time

Champion Cleaning Systems makes every reasonable effort to provide prompt response to service requests, including the goal of arriving within 60 minutes of dispatch for emergency calls within our primary service area. However, response times referenced on our website, in advertising, or in marketing materials are TARGETS and GOALS, not guarantees.

Actual response times may vary based on factors including but not limited to: distance to the property, weather and road conditions, traffic, time of day, current workload and dispatch availability, severity and complexity of the situation, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

24/7 emergency service availability is subject to dispatch capacity and operational conditions. While we strive to maintain continuous emergency response capabilities, we do not guarantee that a technician will be immediately available at all times.

We do not guarantee that all areas within our service region will receive identical response times. Response time goals apply primarily to our core service areas in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan region.

References to response times, service availability, and emergency dispatch on our website, advertisements, and marketing materials do not create a contractual obligation. A formal written service agreement is required before any specific service guarantees apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Champion Cleaning Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
